HEAVY TRUCK SERVICE ADVISOR EVANSVILLE, IN & JASPER IN LOCATIONS

Heavy Truck Service Advisor:

We are accepting applications for a service advisor in our heavy truck service department at our Evansville location. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, technicians, manufacturers and insurance companies. Duties include scheduling customers for routine service, mechanical and emergency repair and utilizing information systems to make accurate time and cost estimates. Experience in the automotive service preferred but we are willing to train someone with the right personality and communication skills. Must be comfortable using computer, navigation of various web sites and quickly adapt to use of dealership management software.
This position averages 52 hours a week. Excellent starting wage and incentive plans, 401K with employer contributions, excellent health insurance available, paid vacation and holidays.

 What We're Looking For:

  • Office Management Mastermind: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant is a must.
  • Sharp Eye & Problem Solver: You have a keen eye for detail and a knack for tackling challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Communication Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.
  • Tech Wiz: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook a must) is essential, with experience in scheduling tools a plus.
  • Time Ninja: You can prioritize, multi-task, and manage your time like a pro.
  • Bonus Points for Truck Enthusiasts: While not required, any experience or knowledge of the trucking industry is a major plus!
